Studios for publishers and community managers
One hearth.
Every publisher's own studio.
Hestia247 takes the friction out of the hour between an idea and the post. Your team picks a layout, types the headline, adds the photo, and the card is ready in your name and your colours. The time that went to resizing and re-exporting goes back to the work only they can do.

Carry the flame
How a studio starts
Light it
We set up a studio under your name: your logo and colours on every layout, your staff admitted by their work email, nothing of anyone else's in it.
Make
Pick a layout, type the headline, add a photo or a clip, tap Make. A card is ready in seconds, a voiced reel in minutes. The caption is drafted for you.
Share
Approve, then post to every channel from one place. What you did not approve never leaves the studio.
From idea to post
Three things in, everything out
A card is a headline, a photo and a layout. The studio does the sizing, the logo, the colours and the caption draft; your editor approves.
Where the hour goes
Less friction, more of the real work
A sports social manager is expected to make three to seven creatives a day, ten to fifteen on a game day, a hundred to a hundred and eighty a month. Today each one runs through four apps. In a studio it is three taps, and the saved time stays with the person who had the idea.
What the minutes add up to
At thirty creatives a week, the low end of what the seat is expected to produce, 37 minutes each is eighteen hours: more than two working days, every week, back with the person who had the idea. Here is what that looks like.
The reply you never got to
The thread under last night's post gets a real answer from you, not a like. The fan who asked the good question gets named in tomorrow's card. The group chat that went quiet gets a reason to wake up.
The second angle
The clip you'd have skipped becomes a reel. The stat that deserved its own card gets one. You shoot the thing instead of resizing the thing, and the batch day ends while it's still light.
The work only you can do
The interview you keep postponing. The newsletter that should have gone out Tuesday. The sponsor call, the hire, the idea you've been carrying around for a month. The posts still go out, in your colours, while you do it.
What it makes
Every layout, in your colours
The same set every studio starts with, in your logo, your colours and your name. Pick a desk to see the words and the colours change; the layouts don't.
Example words and colours, not real publications. Also in the set: fan question, memorial, news, pairs, rankings, tiers, picks, photo and link, clip caption, reel facts, general reels.
Made in the studios
Posts that went out this month
Real cards and reels from four publications running on Hestia247 today, chosen by their publishers. Each one took minutes, in the publication's own colours.

Shown with the publishers' permission. Photos are theirs or their wire service's, as credited on the original posts.
Live stream clips
A cut is where it starts, not where it ends
The moment is cut from your stream in seconds. Then the studio builds on it: a wire photo of who it's about, a motion graphic for the score or the stat, your caption, your end card. And you trim it to the hook, so the first second earns the next thirty.
The social calendar
One place to schedule, built to learn
Today: your cards, reels and the latest articles from your site in one calendar, with suggested slots that keep the day open and spaced out, posted to every channel from one place. Next: each post's results feed the suggestions, so the calendar offers the layout and the hour that have worked for your audience. You decide; it keeps score.
One calendar, every channel
Your cards, your reels and your site's latest articles on one week, with suggested slots that keep the day open and spaced out. Approve, place, post.
It keeps score
Each day shows what posted, where, and how it did. Measured on your posts, not on someone else's.
It offers, you decide
Those results feed the suggestions: the layout and the hour that have worked for your audience, on the empty slots. Take it, move it, or ignore it; the calendar stays yours.
What it costs
Next to what it costs you now
You buy a block of pieces for the month and use it as you go. Bigger blocks cost less a piece; what you don't use in the month doesn't carry over. A small setup fee depends on how many social accounts you connect.
What it costs you today
- $64,845 a year is the national average pay for a sports social media manager; Los Angeles runs higher. About $31 an hour before overheads.
- 100 to 180 creatives a month is what one person in that seat is expected to produce: reels, cards, carousels, stories.
- At 140 a month that is about $39 of pay per creative, most of it spent on sizing, logos and exports rather than on the idea.
Pay: ZipRecruiter and Indeed. Output: industry posting guides (Dash Social, Kontentino, Adobe Express). Gathered October 2026; your own numbers are the ones that count.
Put your own numbers in: how many pieces a week, how long one takes today, and what an hour of that person costs. The starting points follow the benchmarks above; the result is only as true as your numbers.
The blocks
| Block, a month | A piece | A month | Templates | Account management |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1,000 pieces | $2.00 | $2,000 | Base set + 2 custom | 1 hour a month |
| 2,500 pieces | $1.90 | $4,750 | Base set + 4 custom | 2 hours a month |
| 5,000 pieces | $1.75 | $8,750 | Base set + 8 custom | 4 hours a month |
| 7,500 pieces | $1.65 | $12,375 | Base set + 12 custom | 6 hours a month |
| 10,000 pieces | $1.50 | $15,000 | Base set + 16 custom, one new a month after | 8 hours a month |
The base set is every layout a studio starts with. Custom templates are drawn once to your ask, in your look. Hours are for your questions and feedback, by call or email; like pieces, they don't carry over.

Questions people ask first
- What is Hestia247 Studios?
- A studio under a publisher's own name that makes social cards and reels in the publisher's colours. Staff pick a layout, type the headline and add a photo or clip; a card is ready in seconds and a reel in minutes, with a drafted caption the editor approves before anything is posted to Facebook, Instagram, X or YouTube.
- What does it cost?
- A block of pieces a month: 1,000 at $2.00 each, 2,500 at $1.90, 5,000 at $1.75, 7,500 at $1.65, 10,000 at $1.50. Each block includes the base set of layouts, custom templates drawn to your ask (two at the smallest block, sixteen at the largest) and account-management hours (one a month at the smallest, eight at the largest). Pieces and hours not used in the month don't carry over. A small setup fee depends on how many social accounts you connect.
- Who is it for?
- Publishers and the people who post for them: founders who want the brand to hold on every post at a known cost, community managers who need to answer the moment in minutes, and social media producers who make cards and reels at volume.
- Is each publisher's studio separate?
- Yes. Each studio runs under its own address and name, admits only the publisher's own staff by their work email, and holds only that publisher's logo, colours, layouts and work. Nothing of another publisher appears in it.
- Do we need a designer?
- No. The layouts are drawn once with your logo and colours. Staff type the words and pick the photo; the studio does the sizing, the mark, the colours and the caption draft.
Named for the keeper of the hearth
In the old Greek cities the public hearth never went out. When a city sent out a new colony, the settlers carried a brand from that fire and lit their own with it. Hestia kept the flame; she took no side and fought no war.
That is the shape of this: one engine, tended for everyone who uses it, and a flame you carry home. Your studio is yours. The warmth is shared.
